Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an 8-week program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.  While MBSR was originally developed to assist people with chronic conditions and stress, its effectiveness has been shown for people across the board. A number of studies have shown MBSR’s positive effects in everyday life. Evidence from these studies show that mindfulness and MBSR contribute to:
